Management makes life miserable

Worst staff ever. Immature, lazy, ineffective, rude, unprofessional, misleading, and never punctual... perhaps even bitter at life' The maintenance staff *used* to be very helpful, but the management staff has replaced them recently to follow suit with the overall ineptitude of the complex. The stories are true about the managers partying more than some residents. They genuinely have no interest in resident's comfort or in their well being. They will charge you for EVERYTHING under the sun possible, many times without notice or warning. It's a shame too, because the rooms themselves are nice. Nice layout, comfortable amenities and such (except the internet often lags heavily), reasonable rates... but the staff themselves are my reason for leaving after only 1 year. And that was about 6 months too long. Also, all security measures are for show ONLY. None of the security cameras are actually connected to anything, and the gates rarely work. And the "security personal" are nonexistent, and only a PAGER number is provided for contact for emergencies. Local police had arrived an hour before I received a call back from the "on residence" security. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
