Nice curb appeal...meaning= nicely landscaped..and nice outside condition of exterior. I enjoyed the gym (but no treadmill) the racquetball courts. Feeding the ducks & Monster sized softshell turtles in the lake..both would eat bread out of your hand. Nice neighborhood to walk in the evenings (tampa shores) Great location...easy access to major interstates, close to stores, resturants, malls and grocery stores. Overall the office staff was friendly and prompt with repairs...easy lenient entrance requirements..low entrance fees. Informative monthly newsletter and office staff threw some nice events..Christmas, and pool parties...with food and keg. 2 nice size laundry facilities and car wash area.



Negatives..was not able to negotiate with management during yearly rent increases. At times..noise neighbors (barking dogs..stomping upstairs..stereo bass on the weekends) Water meters were installed so was now being charged H2O/Sewage. :(



Overall I would recommend this complex.
