I lived at Newport a few years ago and when I lived there, the apt. ratings were sky high above everyone else. It is so sad to see that the office staff has left and the ratings are so low. This used to be a great place to live. Oh well, it happens to the best of them I guess.

I agree, I am a previous office employee of Newport from several years ago when the property and staff were great. It is very sad to read these reveiws. As a previous employee I can tell you that good customer service, a good work ethic, and doing a good job means nothing to the Management Company. I wish someone from the corporate office would read these comments and maybe then they would see that the new staff is the reason why Newport is doing so poorly and they are also the reason why all of the good staff memebers left.
