I lived there for 3 1/2 years. It was great for the first year or two, and then changed management companies. Since then it got steadily worse. Maintenace staffing and ability is completely inadequate. Management, with an occasional exception, is poor. I tried for five months to get a refrigerator fixed (wouldn't make ice or keep food from spoiling) before moving out.
It is a good location near USF - that is all it has going for it.
