I moved in here three years ago this month, and decided it was a little pricy. I liked the size and set up compared to most of the other apartments around campus, and I got an apartment next to the lake, the pool, and the tennis court. The first year I had a few problems with noise from the pool and tennis area, but nothing too major. The second year was not too bad, but management seemd to become increasingly useless.
I moved out of the 1 bedroom last year, and have had nothing but problems ever since. The neighbors above me were evicted for numerous noise complaints. The rent increase was ridiculous, and they could care less how long you've been a good resident. We had a water pipe burst in the apartment above us and leak into ours, soaking everything! We had a nother leak from the apartment above us over our refridgerator, causing the ceiling to bubble. The gates, security lights, and sprinklers are always broken, and maintenance takes a while to fix things if they even fix it right. Also, I had a bike stolen from outside my apartment, and people have left stolen cars right near my building.
I really enjoyed living here initially, but things have gone downhill, especially since John left the office staff.
I hoinestly wouldn't recommend anyone moving in to this complex if they could avoid it, because I only see it getting worse.
