I have lived here for a year, and will be continuing to live here for at least a couple more years. It is SO quiet and all of my neighbors are really friendly. The trees create a ton of shade, and everything is well maintained. The roads in the complex are a little rough, but it's so nice to live in a place that doesn't have that industrial cement-with-no-trees look. A definate plus... they are extremely pet friendly.
