i'v lived here going on a year and i have never had any problems with anything. if i have any problems they get solved quickly. the staff is great and friendly. the only issue i would have is with the roads needing to b repaved but beyond that its great.. they are even repainting the buildings now so it will look even better. great place to live and its in a great location.

Yeah sure they painted the buildings, now they are baby poo brown, joy and what a terrible job they did painting, they didn't even pull the dead wasp nests off, thet just painted over them, way to go Oak Ramble.
