This is by far my favorite apartment so far in Tampa. I am about to graduate from school so I have done the whole college apartment thing. Oak Ramble is quiet. Love that I have my own staircase. Noise is a huge issue for me, I need my peace and quiet, so this is definately perfect. The gates don't work...but all in all it is pretty safe as far as apartments in this area go. The extras that come with the apt. are great and the staff very caring and concerned as well. I definately recommned living here.
