I am a current resident or Oak Ramble. The staff here is wonderful, they know the tenants by name when you come to the office! they always try very hard to be helpful, and if there is anything they can do for you, to do it. The grounds are clean and well maintained, same goes for the apartments themselves. any maintenance issues are promptly fixed. I have not noticed a noise problem at all, however there are many student residents so there are probably parties sometimes that could be noisy. I don't see that being a every day occurrence though.(for the people complaining of the noise, that is something you will find in any complex, I'm sorry you had a noisy neighbor, but most here do not) Overall this is a great place to live, Come make Oak Ramble your home!! :)
