If you are unfortunate enough to live downstairs, you will hear everything that goes on in the unit above you. You will hear every cabinet door shut, every drawer open, every step they take, every creak of the bed. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in for noise and the management does not deal with the situation well. My previous neighbors at other complexes were all very courteous and realized that their floor is someone else's ceiling. Walking I can understand hearing, but not running. Unfortunately I live below kids who run and jump all day long into the evening hours. Forget trying to hang anything on your walls as they all shake. Makes no difference to the management how late at night I am kept awake. Would much rather pay a bit more in the future to deal with more considerate and classy people who exhibit proper manners. Would probably get a better built complex as well. Try Camden Oaks down the street. They are of solid concrete construction. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND OAK RAMBLE.

Might I suggest paying a few dollars more and getting a top floor? Or better yet, going back to the apartment complex you came from?
