In the beginning everything seems fine but slowly you'll start to feel the long shaft of Oak Ramble raping you from behind. Within the first month of living here the plumbing backed up. This means everything that the people upstairs ran down the drain (like paper towels, coffee filters, baby wipes, and used tampons)ended up in the bathtubs and spilled onto the floor in apartment. After several attempts for management to come and fix the problem they simply just cleaned it up and hoped that it didn't happened again. So after wading in other people's feces 3 more times they decided there was actually a problem and fixed it. A little while after, the geniuses of management allowed a family of about 8 to move in to the apartment above mine. You could hear every single step that they made. It literally shook the fan every time one of their kids decided to pile drive one another. After this the air conditioner started leaking water into the carpet. After a full month of asking for it to be fixed they simply cleaned up the mess and refused to believe there was a problem. So after another month of what seems like Lake Ochechobee forming in the middle of the hallway they decided to cut a monstrous hole in my wall to fix the problem. They fixed the leaking but replaced that problem with another. This time it was the horrible sound coming from the AC. It sounded as if Chewbacca was flying a biplane inside my wall. They eventually came and fixed it...after 2 weeks. Then they fixed my wall with a Frankenstein patch job. As I write this review, maintenance is deciding to fix the apartment upstairs that was "left a disaster" (quoted from maintenance) by the previous octomom that was living upstairs. It sounds like they are wearing lead boots and swinging slegdgehammers at each other. This is happening of course during exams week. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that someone tried to break into my porch in the middle of the day and ripped a hole in the porch which I'm sure I'll be charged for. Thanks Oak Ramble.
