The apartments themselves are decent. They are simple and affordable but it's the environment that worried me. There were constant druggies around, harassment towards female residents, loud noises at every hour, and even the security was treated bad by many of these idiots. Not what I excpected from the Hyde Park area. Not to mention the lady in the office always had an attitude when I came to pay rent. It got so bad I would ask my neighbor to pay first and see if she was working and I even paid the late fee a few times just to avoid her. The property manager was very nice although I don't think he is there anymore.
