Nice and quaint - management sucks. Rent went up and service is worse than it was before. Gotten noisy with all the construction at all times of the night. One night they weren't done sawing and hacking until 11:30pm. I miss the old management, Marilyn. She was really nice and I was able to get things done. Roach problem, Pest control had a hard time. I purchase my own products and was able to control it. However, there are quite a few of rat not just squirrel, but rats. If you don't bother them they won't bother you.
