I didn't go in expecting much for the amount I'm paying a month for my one bedroom, but I have to say I absolutely love it here. It's quiet, VERY nice for the price, the apartment manager is a sweetheart (I assume as long as you pay your rent on time), and maintenance is very timely and helpful when you need them. Not to mention it's in South Tampa which is a great area and very conveniently located. For a lower price I took the older cabinets, etc, but they're not so bad. Just a little 1970's looking, but definitely still in great working condition. Oh yeah, and they're the ONLY apartments for this price that I could find that allowed pets! I would definately recommend living here. It's especially great for young (and broke) college/just-out-of-college students like me.
