Ohio Apartments

Well i lived here for 3 years
In all the years I'll list every feature for you and you decide what you think
*Pest control- there is none and roaches control every room, I have many affialates that live here. german roachs google them :)
*Water - all to often the water will cut off in the complex once or twice a week. The water is very dirty at times and may be wise to buy your own from the local publix.
*Maintance - there is none unless you threaten to get a lawyer many people have had to get the cops invovled for simple things like tolit leaks, clogs, a/c problems, power shortage.
*power - the electricity goes out in the complex from time to time.
*tenants - your humble nieghbors love to slam doors, fight in the court yard, and even pop pills on the stair well, there are about 32 happy little kids that prance around screaling shouting and makeing as much fun loving noise as they can between the hours of 8am - 10pm, many tenants like to block the halls play music outside and drink around the small complex, make sure to lock your door for the unattended chrildren will have no problem walking right in, cops have refused to show up to the complex when called for noise ordinates and disturbances.
*area - the location is great aside from the complex across the street that constantly sets up speaks the size of my car in their parking lot and play music while drinking, cops refuse to go there as well, there is some close conveice stores and ...yeah thats it
*garbage - the dumpster rarely gets dumped maybe once a month and trash floods the back lot

i think thats all that needs to be said so go swing by during 6am-1pm on a monday and they ight let you see a freshly bugged apartment but take my words wisely i would not lie
