The Manager is a joke!!!!!!

I moved into the Omni Apartments on 10/12/2007 and left on 11/07/2007 due to a domestic dispute with my now ex-boyfriend. When I went to return on 11/17/2007, the manager had removed my name from the lease illegally. She told law enforcement that I had called her and requested to be removed from the lease. Not only that, she typed a letter to the judge stating that he no longer lived in that apartment when he do. I am in the process of contacting the consumer protection agency as well as better business bureau. I would not recommend anyone move into these apartments.Oh Yeah, the rent for the apartment was paid for from 10/12/2007-11/31/2007 from the homeless recovery under my name not my ex. She allow 3 other people to move in while the utilities(electric) were still in my name, as well.
