Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I have only two possibly negative comments about this complex. First, given primarily college students live here, it can be noisy at times. Second, people who rely on public transportation have very few options available; although, it has been sufficient for me. Overall this is a good place to live and worth the price. Cable, water, and W/D included.
