I lived here and it was OK in the beginning, but the office staff turned out to be rude, you could never study, at 3am motorcycles would be drag racing through the parking lot. One time I had to call the Cops because some guy on the bottom stairs was beating his girlfriend to death in plain view, There are Pests everywhere, the electric is a JOKE! You'll start to notice that when they start to repair something in the complex you suddenly get an Electric "overage" bill (on every door!), but when you request a copy they will tell you that they don't have one. I was on vacation for a month and my apartment was empty and I received a $150 bill. The fountains are disgusting, the gym is from 1945 and consists of weights, trash is everywhere, and maintence sucks...fire alarms are constantly sounding, and nothing is EVER fixed. Take my advice yeah the price is right (that's what got me too) but it is NOT worth it!!!!
