Do not live here if you are a serious student. The noise of rude neighbors continually partying till all hours everyday, and the apathy of the management to do anything about it, is beyond bad. Their excuse, "It's a college town, so you have to put up with a little noise." I'm sorry, but loud bass and screaming, drunk, idiots shouting off the balcony at 2 am till 4 am is a "little" too much. Management is more concerned in filling the apartments and collecting the rent. The "seen but not heard" philosophy reigns here. It's a shame, but more over it's a sham! We are out in June to a much more student friendly atmoshere where management recognizes the good student, not laud the drunk let's party students we have here in a majority. Look elsewhere people. You won't regret it!
