Like they all say everywhere you live has its ups and downs. I love the office people, they are great, they will work with you on ANYTHING... Maintanence.. you know they dont work awesome at any apartment complex.. but it is ok here.. The only downfall I would say there is to Excellence is the Parking .. there is really none.. and sometimes the noise... but that is only due to concrete buildings and tile.. but after awhile you get used to hearing your neighbors sing Kareoke all the time..he. So All in All this is a good place to rent.. but make your own decision and go there and see for yourself.
