I lived in Excellence in 02-03. They have some problems but ushally fix them. I was going to get a two bedroom but when I came back they gave them all away so they gave us a three bedroom, same price. The place is great very big but the bathrooms suck. They did keep my deposit as well however I paid my rent late almost every month and never got kicked out. The management is pretty cool, people persons they can relate and help you out. I never had any safty issues and the parking in the front buildings is great. The elevator is always brooke though. At the wrong time living on 50th street sucks b/c of USF but walking to USF is pretty quick. Over all for the right price I would live there again.
