we have had nothing but problems with excellece since the day we turned our applications in. After 3 months of getting the run around and no strait answers of approval we chose not to take the apartment.. the best thing we could have done!! since then we have been through hell adn back to get our security deposit, per the regional we would have it in 2 weeks.. this was a month and a half ago!! the leasing consultants and mgr are nothing but rude and ignorant. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CORP. PHONE#''' OR EMAIL''' we are so so sooo over the bull ---- with this hell hole!
