The Excellence Apartments are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Since signing the lease we have been through atleast 3 different property managers. We have had major problems in our apartment with leaks, electrical issues, and pests. Even with constantly bugging the office staff none of these issues have been resolved. If you are considering signing a lease due to the cheaper cost, reconsider. The extra $50 you would spend living down the street is worth having a ceiling that doesn't leak, proper lighting in your apartment, and a roach free household.
