I live with 3 other people. During our stay here myself and one of my other roommates have both had our cars broken into and had everything stolen. All 3 of my roomates bikes were stolen. We have had our apartment broken into twice and 2 of my other roommates stuff has been stolen. We have had our metal door kicked in at 4 in the AM. The Maintenance people didn't fix it right so when you pushed on the door even if the deadbolt was in the door it still flew open, thats how our stuff was stolen. We think someone that works here stole our stuff, because we had a 6 foot 6 inch 300 pound friend sleeping on our couch and someone just walked into our apartment while he was asleep and stole our stuff from my roommates room. We ALWAYS have overages for our power and all we leave on is air and 3 computers. Do not be fooled by the new name or owners they are just as bad as the old ones. They told me it would cost$50 for them to unlock my door when I locked myself out of my room.

I lived in this complex 7 years ago while attending USF and my car was stolen from the parking lot so I am not surprised to hear about your experiences even now. Management didn't seem to care and it only got worse after that.
