I've lived here for a year and am in the process of moving out. The A/C has broken 3 times since we've moved in and the hot water has gone out once. Each time it took 2-3 days of calling the office for it to get fixed. My window (at which there is a desk attached) leaked all over my computer during a storm our first week here(luckily nothing was damaged) and it took more than 6 months for them to finally fix it. I had to go out and buy a desk in the meantime just so I could get my schoolwork done, which took up even more space in my already small room. Parking is terrible. They have a new towing policy if your car is over the line in the parking spaces (which are ridiculously tight), but parking security is a total joke. Someone attempted to break into my roommate's car and destroyed the key entry, so now she has to unlock her car from the passenger side, and my car was sideswiped one night (over $1500 worth of damage). During the winter our tile flooring warped and cracked, and as soon as the summer weather set it we've had successive invasions of cockroaches, flies, wasps and millipedes. On top of everything else, despite their telling you that utilities are included it's nearly impossible not to go over unless you turn off absolutely everything every time you leave the apartment. Management's attitude whenever something goes wrong is, "well, what do you want me to do about it'". The new manager has been extremely rude to me and to my roommate on several occasions. Don't waste your money here.
