Eh, could have been worse I guess

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here for 2 years. I probably would stay another year or so if I didn't get married. Could maintainence be faster' Sure. But the new office staff is really nice, and even though SOME of my neighbors have no concept of music volume, I have made some great friends in other neighbors. Oh, yes. If you live on the first floor, beware of the worms. They come out of the "bird sanctuary" when it rains (like ALL SUMMER) and infiltrate your home...your bathroom, bedroom, living room... before you take everyone's nasty comments to heart, consider this: the property was recently bought out by another company, so things have changed. They're trying to make improvements to the property, and they've become responsible about noisy neighbors. And, considering your rent includes ALL your utilities, it's pretty much worth the price.
