ON50 has a great location when it comes to the USF Tampa campus, but the general area can be a little scary. One time, there was an armed man on the complex's property, we residents only found out from eachother, management did nothing to contact us.
Also, they are horrible when it comes to providing parking. During Fall/Spring semesters, there's never any available spots, and lots of parties. During the summer, they get their towing company to come in and nab people (can't get the tow trucks around when the lot is actually full = fall/spring). Guest parking spots are VERY limited, so if you have family visiting, warn them ahead of time that they might get towed (and it's about $200).
My apartment (4 bedroom-style) actually had to be progressively wiped down. Previous residents smoked inside, and the tar and nicotine was on the walls... DISGUSTING! You need to submit work orders for EVERYTHING, or else it will never get fixed.
All in all, I'd give them a 9/10 for location near campus and about a 2/10 for how they treat residents... and rent just keeps going up (no incentives for renewing your lease with them) :(
