HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

This is my first time in an apartment, and if you want to be woken up at 4 in the morning with bass and people throwing rocks at cars... go ahead and live here. the water has a constant smell and it leaves white, flaky dew all over everything. It is a real dump here in the Excellence!
