WARNING! DON'T DO IT!!

We lived at this apartment for a short while, trying to save $$ for our wedding. It's right across from some crack houses (don't know how I missed then, guess I was too busy looking at the free crappy washer and dryer)... Shortly after we were married (right before our lease was up) we were ROBBED!!! Over 15,000 worth of stereo equipment, computers, CDs, and wedding gifts stolen.
At least after noticing the crackhouse, I bought some rental insurance with some of our wedding gift cash....
We moved out shortly after.
AC never worked right either, one day I came home it was over 100 degrees in the house, my poor cats were panting...
