Palencia Apartments

MOVING OUT!!!!! From: LOVELY5583 Date posted: 4/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived here for my 7months and all 7months HATED IT!!!!! first the apartment they moved me in had mold i told them i refuse to move in they said ok we'll transfer you to another apartment but you have to pay the difference for the amount...that pissed me off its not my fault the apartment has mold!!! when i moved into the apartment it only took 3months for them to double my water bill i live alone theres no way that my water bill could be $70,i had my lawyer call and as soon as that happend it went down and i have a guy who lived accross that beats his wife every night and they did nothing about it they still live there. On top of everything the maintaince is REALLY bad i have yet to have someone come and fix my closet door and my 7months is almost up and on top of that the apartments are not nice there really small. i would NEVER reccommand this place!!! OH and the Price is not 659...dont get caught its $715 a month
