I have now lived in the property for almost a year. The property is actually totally different from what the residents in the past describe it to be. This must have been before they went condo and before allof the renovations. It is actually one of the nicest places I have lived in South Tampa. Roberto the maint. man is very nice and always there when I need him, the pool is quaint and very clean with brand new pool furniture, a nice little gym area for the residents and plenty of parking. My unit is very spacious and has brand new windows. I must say, I don't know what these past tenants are referring to, but since I have lived here, I have convinced 2 friends to move in and we all love it and hope to renew our leases. Safe , Clean and Comfortable place to live.

Hi Ronald. My husband and I use to live there. We moved there in 2002. It was run by 2 brothers and at that time, it was a great place to live. 2 years later, they sold it to Stephen Cheeseman who is a lawyer. Then he sold it to a bunch of Cubans who knew nothing of what they were doing. They bought the place just as the condo market went to hell in a hand basket. Sure, they did fixed up the outside. But never bothered with all the apartments inside. There were leaks, mold etc. Too many problems to think of. The police were called too many times and that is not good. We lived in Apt127. There was a day that I was working and one of the "owners" came to our door and asked my husband if we would like to buy. The price was $145 thousand dollars. My husband told him that he was on f**** drugs. It was only 600 square feet. If Palma Ceia has improved, I'm happy for you.
