Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The washer and dryer broke; they would come and fixed after you asked them a hundred times. Machines work for a while until one day you need to do laundry, and you found out this time a different washer and dryer broke again. the whole time you are living there, you're waiting in line hrs just to be able to use the washer and dryer. same size of washer charges different rate.
