Park Avenue Apartments

 
Didn't have too many problems here except for the parking and getting repairs done. The sprinkler system stinks to high heavens. The office staff couldn't figure out how much we owed in late fees and couldn't provide any proof that we were late on any payments other than that was what was in their records. We'd get a balance, then a month later get a whole other balance that was much larger than the first based on a late fee from the year before..?! Craziness.

I guess I had decent neighbors because I never had much to complain about noise wise. Grounds seemed to be kept up nicely and at the time, the rent wasn't very expensive.

Right now, I'd definately recommend visiting at night to see what it's like. It's been a while so things may have changed.

OH! And as an added note to a previous reveiw.. I know that the trash compacter is a pain in the ---, I hate when apartments get those, however, the picking up of doggie-doo rule is one rule I can totally relate to. Kids play out there man, pick up your crap. Shame on you if you don't. Maybe they can be encouraged to provide trash bins along the dog-walk area. I know they had some trash bins at the mail boxes.
