I lived in this apartment for almost a year. I moved here from NC and had to find something quick, Compared to the apt complexes surrounding the area this one is very nice! I really don't have many complaints. The office staff is amazing, maintence crew is good to, they get your request done within that same day. The office staff is really good at making sure only tenants use the pool, fitness gym...etc. I do think the kitchen appliances need to be updated, especially since my dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes, but i live alone and comfortable cleaning them myself. But for the price you rent for you can't go wrong. I have 730 sq. ft. and pay $680.00 a month. I do live on the 3rd floor and the stairs can be a killer, but i think the safety of it is def worth it! At times there is noise from people outside, but you live an apartment what do you expect' I haven't seen any parties or anything like that being so close to USF. If they would put in noise reduction windows, then you wouldn't hear a thing! I highly recommend this apt for someone to rent.
