We've had numerous problems in the community, from noise to maintenance issues, and never get help in resolving the problems. We've even been told that there wasn't a problem, as if we were lying about something. There is no carpet padding to keep noises from being muffled between floors. We've been run out of the pool area from college students drinking beer and being rowdy, throwing their cans and bottles in the pool, and this is in front of employees during office hours! There are signs posted saying only a few guests per resident allowed and no alcohol/glass containers allowed, but no one enforces any of the rules. It's always trashed around the pool on weekends. There are "security gates" but cars just wait for a resident to use their card to open the gate and follow them through, so the gates are pointless. We get calls in the middle of the night from the gate asking us to open it for people. The drywall on our balcony ceiling leaks when it rains, and we've been told that it's fine, even though you can squish your finger through it. (they waited 3 weeks to send someone to inspect it, and by that time it was already dry!) Our A/C broke down almost weekly during the hottest days, and we were told that A/C isn't considered an emergency unless the outside temperature is over 85 degrees, even though I was 6 months pregnant. Several things weren't fixed when we moved in that we were told would be taken care of (such as ceiling fans that don't work on high speeds) and still haven't been.

Shouldn't have mentioned your pregnancy..now they know who you are. I had nothing but problems myself, mostly with the Maintenance and the Manager. Dishwasher was busted for almost 2 months, no parking and I could overhear the Manager talking smack about some residents through the wall of the Computer room...You know...the computer with all the viruses on it...Glad I Left.

Wow, I thought it was only me. At first when I moved in it was so nice. I am so glad I moved out as the Manager was horrible. She always had a bad attitude and her side kick is miserable all the time. Maintenance doesn't know anything about fixing (but is so close with the manager). I feel terrible for those that has to pay so much money and going through this. I agree with people from outside coming in (some drunk and others fooling around in the pool). But how sad people are now harrassing others at home to open the gates. Is there anyone above Sheila to call and report this??? Insane.
