well lets see my air went out , my heat has never worked, i've been here a year , 5 or 6 times i have placed a maint request, my water heater was leaking and they would not reimburse me for the excess energy bill, the maintenance staff is very nice though, ecspecially the elderly man with the gray hair, but they are too high priced to have any problems at all, when i moved in i had to clean my refriderator (thouroughly) not just spray and wash because of the nastiness, the only thing i can say is they work with you when your behind, and i think that is because they know its not worth it. oh and i recieved a ticket for parking that they would not reimburse, due to them not having any parking spaces at 10pm at night, i had to park in handicap parking one night i wouldn't move there because the service and the price just dosn't add up
