Expensive and rent goes up ever year by leaps and bounds. Maintenance is poor as they usually take two to three visits to fix simple things. You can??t call in a maintenance problem ?? you have to go by the office. This is very inconvenient for people who work ?? like most of us. The grounds (pavements and sidewalks) are in need of serious repair. They push their covered parking which is a joke at $50 a month. The place is run by two old ladies, one of which doesn??t know anything and asks the other one everything. The second lady is rude and has no management skills what so ever. It must be a hobby for them. The only advantage to this apartment complex is its proximity to MacDill AFB. If you can stand to drive a little farther find someplace else.
