I moved in July 08 and have been very satisfied with the apartment. I particularly like the quiet setting and proximity to MacDill. No problems with loud residents or parties in the complex. I haven't had any maintenance issues. The staff has always been friendly and especially helpful to me when I was locked out and coming back to town on a late flight. You will find the normal wear and tear to appliances of apartment living but nothing unexpected. As for the reviews complaining about bugs. It's Florida...you'll find bugs and lizards at any apartment, but they aren't bad at all at the Pavillions (and the maint guys will spray the next day if you ask).
