I have lived here for about 3 months now and it has been one of my best experiences in an apartment and I was a bit hesitant because of the lack of reviews. The maintence is right on top of it, our AC broke and they come right away to fix it! The parking is excellent theres never even half the spots filled at one time in the area I live in. It's right next to Macdill so perfect spot if your in the military as well as they give a military discount. Also in your rent they unclude water, cable TV, washer, and dryer which is amazing if your on a budget because the rent is pretty cheap for all those items to be included. The thing I like most is it's not a big corporation it's a small business man who lives in the area and I found that great to be able to support someone who spends his money in our own city! Well anyways before picking this apartment we looked at all the Camdens on westshore it was either too ghetto or way to expensive for what you get! Well good luck during your search hope this helps!

Sounds like a sales person to me too good to be true. Don't be fooled by the lies! This place sucks!Not too mention the crime if you want your vehicle broken into this is the right place for you. And safety I saw a car drive in the complex and was shooting a gun out of the window and the cops came. So if this sounds like a good place go for it.

I really don't work here I'm 21 years old go to St Petersburg college full time my husbands in the USAF...My father is a retirad Tampa cop so of course I'm going to ask him about the complex before moving in and he had no complaints.another thing I have to say is this neiborhood has many edlers like in their 70's I doubt they would live in a neighborhood with drive by shootings lol! Really what makes you so angry towards this place did you get evicted because you didn't pay the rent or something? cause remember thats your fault not theirs!
