I have lived in this complex for 3 years and the management was very un-professional even though i renewed my lease 2 times. I went to the office yesterday at 5:30 and it was actualy opened for buisness and our new manager is great,eargerly to assest anyone who walks in the door even with a smile on her face. I like this change very much and reccomed this property to everyone.my reveiw is based on the property as of 04/21/05

Just wait and see. I live on their sister property and you will soon be going threw the hell that we are. And just wait...they will also lose yoour rent money and expect you to pay them that rent over again.

You won't get that from the apartments across the street. Stay away from Flamingo West Apartments
