Pine Tree Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

I moved into Pinetree in August of 2007. I absolutely loved it! The office staff, maintence, and neighbors are all so nice and friendly. I just recently renwed my lease because I love the small complex. My only concern is with Christine. She recently began managing another comple and has become over whelmed with work. She does not remember what she tells you, and often changes verbal agreements. The complex is amazing as is the staff, but with the manager, Christine, who has to much of a workload, she is upsetting some residents. Christine goes back on her word, and she seems to never be available when you need her. Luckily, Dina is simply amazing! Pinetree Apts are amazing and worth the money, it is just a little frustating at times.

I lived in Pine Tree for a year and moved out in part because there are some new neighbors that are living now that are not in their best behavior. Also, some neighbors are inconsiderate and dont take control of the people who visit them. I will encourage those, who live in second floors to be more considerate, specially if you lift weights in your apartment, dont bang them on the floor....and if you have visitors leaving at early hours of the morning, ask them to leave quietly do they dont disturb others sleeps. About Christine, she is nice when is time of leasing and renewing your contracts. She should live away from the complex she works in.
