my girlfriend and i went there 3 times to look at a apartment and no one was everin the office. on the 4th time FINALLY the office was open however we were met at the office door by a huge cloud of cigarette smoke coming from the "manager" christina, who then gave attitude like we were bothering her by asking to see an apartment. the place seemed ok, the price with what we were looking for but i could never deal with her everytime i needed something. its too bad when you have to choose where NOT to live by the 1st impression, which was a crappy one, of the so called manager instead of the apartments.

Last time I checked it's a free country and people do occasionally take breaks to smoke a cigarette. In regards to Christine, maybe you were the one being rude or having a bad day. In my experience with her when I rented I found her to be the kindest, most polite and professional leasing person around this area and that's one of the reasons I rented here. You don't even live here obviously, so take your useless comments elsewhere.

Wow, I thought that my bad luck in trying to get info on these apartments was a fluke. I live out of the city and am looking to return for school. Each time I have made the several hour drive to find an apartment, there was a "will return" sign on the door. I would leave to visit other areas, return, and then find a different return time. I'm really interested in these apartments, but not sure how long I can wait around for someone to actually be working there.

I`ve been living at pinetree apartments for over 10 months, and to be honest, if you are lucky to find someone at the leasing office so you can rent an apartment you`ll find out as i did that Christine Weiss "Community Manager" could be professional before you sign the lease agreement, but once you sign it is like you`re not welcome anymore in the leasing office if you need them to fix something in the apartment or if you need any other assistance from her. Is sad to say, but someone with a low education and who is only professional before you sign the lease shouldnt be running a community.
I hope that this can help someone from making a big mistake.

I AGREE!!! I feel like it was "just a sell" to get me to sign the lease without knowing what exactly I was getting into. It IS a free country, but they are ALWAYS smoking, and the rental office is NEVER NEVER NEVER open!! They have "normal lunch hours" buy just the other day, they CHANGED the hours!! Just a hastle to ask/get anything done on time living here.
