I am leaving my apartment at the Preserve this month due to a relocation. My experience at the Preserve for the past two years has been uneventful. I think this is a good thing. I have not moved out yet and I will say that is when some apartment complexs really stick it to you so maybe I'll let you know then. However, whenever I had a maintainence issue, it was taken care of within 24 hours with no question, mess or recall. The offer really good deals to new tenants (i.e. first two months rent free and very low move-in cost). They also were very understanding of my relocation and were flexible with my last two months rent payment based on my individual needs with proof of my move. The only thing I don't like about the property is the location. It is kind of inconvenient if you do not spend most of your time in the Town and Country part of Tampa or Oldsmar. I am only writing this review because I felt bad about the only other review on here being so terrible. Everyone has had a bad neighbor. Some people are just super quick to -----. ;)
