Wow! what can I say' I have lived at some up scale properties but I really like it here! The New Management that Just took over have been upgrading and making the overall look EVEN BETTER!! It was nice before! The Office Staff: NIGHT AND DAY!! They Look ,and are always real nice and professional! Very personable!! Its so peaceful here! A great central location!Beautiful area! Your minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 min from St.Pete,clearwater, oldsmar and Palm Harbor!!! How much more Central can you get!!Its perfect!! I feel like I live at a resort! The residents are friendly! They also pick up after their pets! seems unusual compared to The other properties ive looked at or lived! he maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING! I never have to call a second time to get somthing done! They respond QUICK and They also let you know when they have been in the apartment and tell you what theyve done!! They also go above and beyond the call of duty!! Also very unusual!! I love it!!This is to the person that gave the negative remark for this property, You obviously cant please everyone! and im sure the office can only do so much without proof. You cant just throw someone out in the streetand I'm sure there is a proces if they can. GET A HOUSE!! This is apartment living. You may hear some noise , i dont hear my neighbors except an occasional thump here or there!
