Damned maintenence doesn't show up. You report problem after problem with the appliances and the air conditioner and the water heater and NO ONE EVER COMES TO THE APARTMENT. EVER.
It's so frustrating. They act surprised that no one came out and the office always tries to apologize and say they'll get someone right on it, but still nothing becomes of it. Ever.
I'm so mad. Fridge problems, dishwasher problems, hot water heater problems and a/c problems in the first months of rental. Very, very disheartening. Spoiling what is a very nice apartment otherwise.
