There is always a parking space close to home, attached garages are available so you don't have to walk through the weather to get to your door. Maintenence people are quick and fix stuff correctly. The office staff are helpful and seem to genuinely care about the tennants. The gate breaks down a lot, but never for more than a few days at a time. The apartments themselves are beautiful. I like the open living area. I feel safe to jog through the complex at night. There is one neighbor who makes a LOT of noise, but I wouldn't condemn the complex for one person. That is much better than the other four apartments I have lived in where it is nearly impossible to relax. And that is really the point of my review. The Preserve is relaxing, away from the busy city, but not too far of a drive to get where you want to be. It is really a nice place to live.
