I have been here for a few years now and after reading the reviews I have some comments to make. There is some truth to all of them both the good and the bad. The noise level actually depends on which side of the complex you live on. I moved from one side and that side was quite noisy with kids in cars blasting the radios as they come in from a nights drinking and they sit there talking loudly.

The other side is like the other side of the world. I have been on this side now for 2 years and never have I had one iota of a noise problem.

The staff is friendly and some live on site so they are always around. Yes, some hoods vandalized all the pool furniture last year by cutting them up but there are bad kids everywhere anymore.

Overall I am very satisfied here and may renew again when the time comes in January.

My wife loves it here as well.

I am looking to move in the complex and was wondering what area in the complex you recommend. There is the area to the left when you come into the complex and to the right. I was looking at a 2BR facing the fountain on Hillsborough on the east end. What area would you suggest I stay away from if I am looking for quiet. I have time to wait until a good location opens up.
