It's way better to live here than most places in the city for the cost. Parking is great! The apartments look nice, trash pick up, decent gym. Would recommend living here except a few details to be aware of. One of the staff is nice untill you move in. Then is rude and seems to be only interested in your money. There is no heater in the pool so you cannot swim at night because it's freezing. The gate is usually broken. Dogs are constantly barking! The water bill should be around 40$ instead it's 80$. Don't try to have multiple pets or you will have to pay 900$ . You can often hear what the neighbores are doing as far as using the garbage disposal/sweeping. The biggest issue is that the staff will invade your privacy at their convenience! They entered our apartment several times without notice/knocking sometimes when we were there! They also don't even tell you they stopped by only to assume they did by having stuff misplaced and then find our later when you ask. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
