I have lived here for going on 6 years now and I love this complex. It is very clean and I find that most of the neighbors are respectful. When I have a maintenance issue it is always resolved quickly and efficiently. The staff is always pleasant when I need to speak to them and always willing to resolve any issues I might have. There are a few negatives in that I can hear my neighbors talking sometimes through the walls or if they are vacumming. The gate is open alot but that it not a big issue for me. I also do not use the pool so I do not know what that is like. I have lived in many apartment complexes in the past and I will call the Preserve my home for many years to come. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
