After reading the reviews on this complex as well as several others, it has become ridiculously obvious to me that most people don't understand what it means to live in an apartment "complex". Yes, you will have neighbors (some noisy) above and below and next to you. Yes, you will have people living around you who live their lives different than you, keep different schedules, etc. This is a fact of life in an apartment, some are better, some are worse, regardless of how much or little you pay. If you don't like it, stop whining and find yourself a house or a duplex or a smaller complex to rent. And, don't "rate" an entire complex poorly because you have neighbor issues. The apartment managers are not babysitters. And, please learn how to spell or at least use a dictionary...it is very hard to take someone seriously when their review is littered with misspelled words.

Easy for you to say. Why would you care? I see you moved out 6 years ago. I also want to reiterate (wow, I can spell) that every tenant signs a lease agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of the property, so as to make it a better place to live. Perhaps you should??????ve read yours before signing your lease agreement. Do you know what a lease agreement is??? Treat others as how you want to be treated. Some courtesy and consideration to your connecting units, is just a small favor to ask, especially if the family next door has children and are early risers. You, on the other hand, are one of those who doesn??????t give a damn about others. Was this why you moved? I suppose you??????re one of those who rented the third floor, so you won??????t hear anything above you. Besides, do you want to hear your neighbors?????? most intimate moments in the wee hours of the night?
Also, property managers as babysitters? Babies need babysitters; grown adults should be able take care and think for themselves. They shouldn??????t need babysitters. It??????s a shame?????? And one last thing, spelling may not be your problem, punctuation is. Check your quotes and period usage before you criticize other people's spelling.

You apparently missed my point completely. My point was that some noise is an INEVITABLE fact of life whether you live in an apartment or a condo, or even a house. I did not live on the 3rd floor and was near the pool. When a group decided to have an after party in the hot tub at 4AM on a workday, I complained, as anyone would. To my second point, I don't believe that a community can be rated poorly because of everyday noise, you are going to hear people above, below and beside you. To answer your question, I care because I have a relative who lives at this property and has for several years, who has lived in two different units and never had any real complaints about noise. And to your second question, yes, I read and abided by the lease agreement I signed. Totally irrelevant to the issue, but I must say that although is mistakenly placed period outside of my quote, I think I'll get over it. And speaking of punctuation, what is with all the multiple question marks? Best of luck to you in finding an apartment that meets your standards.
